It took some efforts to install, as I did not have java on my computer and had to download it after installation have alredy started and stopped in the middle. After that I had some spelling errors in setting up email, so it also took me a couple of attempts to do all the things right. However, after all the trouble, the system is really worth it.
The organizer part has the common functionality of a program of a kind, while coloring of records in the lists makes this system quite fun to use. "Email templates" is possibly the special feature of this system. The templates look well and are very useful. If you need to send an emotional email and you do not have much thoughts, what to put into it, the graphics will save you. The mail client may be not as convenient for receiving the emails, but you feel it only when display the large html content - normally ads which you receive.
Accounting looks well and has all the features, I would expect from the personal accounting system, except may be the list of tax codes to use in the tax return. To compare with Qucken, the system is approximately of the same class, however, Quicken looks more like a personal accounting system with some professional features added, while this system is like a professional package, changed into the personal. The system does not maintain stock portfolio, or electronic excahange with the bank, on the other hand, it has some features, which you would rather expect in the professional accounting system, such as handling of work orders or special module for writing the journals.
Finally, will note that the system can be qute useful in the household. I am clearly not a kind of person, who will be meticulosly writing all his transactions. However, just to try the system, I put the list of my typical expences in a month and imediately traced a coulple of places, where I use to overpay. The beauty of the system is that one thing you vaguely know, that you overpay, and the other, your "overpay" is sitting in front of you and playing on your nervs every time you open an organizer -- untill you do something to rectify the problem. To the credit of the system, must say that only this feature alone makes it worth using.
The Jobs module contains a list of tasks, with stages and subtasks, which I am currently using and which encurages me to do the things, I would not have time to do otherwise. The list is quite useful to organize and plan the tasks, while keeping the record of what has been done in memo.
Overall impression, this is a very useful system, four and a half stars.
I would definitely recommend the system to anyone trying to accomplish more in less time. The system actually makes you to do more.
I found the system very usefull in keeping the structured list of tasks. The tasks are always there - do not slip away, on the other hand the list is not clattered.
