Order Management
V-BuS includes an extensive system of handling Sales, Purchases and processing of Work Orders (Jobs);
The system supports Express or Work Flow Step Procedure for Sales, Purchases and Work Orders (Jobs). The Modules are fully integrated with Inventory, Catalogue and Accounting subsystems as well as with POS, so that al the relevant data is automatically updated upon processing of the Order.
Sales
Create new orders with multiple lines at few clicks of the button, as a matter of fact the only thing you need to type is the amount of stock sold, all the rest, including the price for the particular customer, will be picked up by the system, when you chose the stock. Want more? - Insert into the order the "Bill of Materials", in this case you even do not need to type the amounts of stock, the system will use the ones defined.
You can create the order yourself within the system, or receive it electronicall from your customer. You can send electronic responce to the customer, with confirmation of the order.
And what about order processing? - Here you can choose the simple procedure when the sale is conducted imediately (for instance Cash Sale). Press of the button and your order is sent to accounting with amounts of stock and all money values adjucted. The other option is the Work Flow Step Procedure. This can be used for orders with some lead time. You register the order and keep it in the system. You can approve, cancel or modigy the order (amounts of stock and the prices). When the order is completed, you move to the next stage and keep the order in the special list untill the goods are shiped and the payment is received. Then you can pass the fulfilled order to Accounting.

Purchases
Purchases are quite similar to sales, as far as the procedures are concerned.
The system supports all the features as the for the Sales.
You can send and receive the orders electronically and keep track of the processing stage similarly to Sale Order. You can also create a Purchase Order just from a Sale order (if you need to replenish your inventory prior to sale) or from Stock Alerts pane.
Jobs
Cretate and process Work Orders similar to Sales and Purchase Orders. Record the inventory, labor end equipment needed to fulfill the order. Specify the work stages. Use for job processing and quotation.
