Download and installation Download the system by clicking in the appropriate link, depending on your location. The software is kept on our servers in USA and Australia. If the download if slow, try the other server. If you have slow connection, you can use the tools to facilitate the download -- try the links provided. The browser may ask you whether to save the file, or to open it. We recommend to save the file in the particular directory and then open it and start installation (by clicking on the file). The system requires Java 1.4 of higher runtime to be installed on your computer. You will nor be able to run installation without that. If you are not sure about java, you can start installation. If installation program "complains". You have to cancel it, download and install Java from Java site and then run installation again. You need to allow to the system access from your computer, if you use the firewall. You may not allow that, however in this case you will not be able to use e-mail. If you use the free version, the system is configured to accept instant messages from us. These could be general info messages about upgrades, the software companies send to their clients. You can turn this of when you have the full license. You need to configure your e-mail settings, to be able to use email. You have instructions in the "help". Most importantly, you need to set the following data E-mail Server (Outgoing) - the name of your mail server (e.g. mail.aol.com) E-mail Server (Incoming) - the name of your pop server (e.g. mail.aol.com) E-mail User Name - your full user name as registered with your ISP (e.g. james_bond@aol.com) E-mail Password - the password you use to connect to your ISP (e.g. james_bond_pass) E-mail (From) Address - the email address you want put as a sender address to your messages; can be the same as your "E-mail User Name", or different (e.g. james_bond@hotmail.com) On some computers, you many need to restart organizer, after you configured email. Note: When you start using samples from the "Drafts" folder, you may need to press "Source" and then "Preview" tabs to have the graphics displayed properly.
