Accounting
V-BuS Accounting provides all standard facilities of accounting system such as
Chart of Accounts, Journals, Bank and Cash transactions, reconcilliation and major repors.
You also have the facility to run memorised transactions both for deposits and the payments (bills).
If you take a loan, the system will create a payment schedule with the principal payment and the interest recorded separately.
You can record sales and purchases in a very simple way with the necessary journals created automatically. You can seprately update your cash (bank) account with a single click.
The system also supports exporting and importing of the accounting information (Accounts and Journals) into MYOB and Quick Books software packages.

- Chart of Accounts
- Includes the predefined set of accounts, which can be modified by the user, the particular accounts are linked to Sales, Purchases or Work Orders;
- Journal entries can be created by the user or generated automatically by the system upon processing of (Sales, Purchase) Orders;
- Sales and Orders automatically generate entries in the registry of the particular Account(s), update inventory levels and inventory dollar value; Express procedure for Cash Sales creates a single sale transaction for the set of sales (e.g. all sales conducted by POS during the day)
- Bank account details include all transactions, month balances and reconciliation information
- The system provides most commonly used reporting facilities
